1. Description of Service

Machinist AI Calc is a mobile application that provides:

• Machining calculators (speeds & feeds, trig, geometry, etc.)
• AI-powered machining assistant
• Offline reference data (threads, materials, drill charts)
• Calculation history and saved references

The App is designed as a tool to assist professional machinists, CNC operators, and manufacturing professionals with calculations and reference information.

2. User Accounts and Subscriptions

2.1 Subscription Tiers

The App offers the following subscription options:

• Free: Limited features with advertisements
• Pro: $2.99/month or $32.99/year
• Pro+: $6.99/month or $77.99/year

2.2 Payment and Billing

• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

2.3 Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. We do not directly process refunds. Visit https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084 for Apple’s refund process.

2.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal. We will provide notice of price changes through the App.

2.5 Corporate Licenses

Corporate licenses are available for business use. Contact support@yourcalculator.ai for pricing and terms. Corporate licenses are governed by separate enterprise agreements.

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 Permitted Use

• Personal machining calculations
• Professional/commercial machining work
• Educational purposes
• Reference and learning

3.2 Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the App to transmit malware or harmful code
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use automated systems to access the App (scraping, bots)
• Interfere with the proper working of the App

3.3 AI Assistant Use

• Do not input confidential or proprietary business information you wish to keep secret
• Do not use the AI for illegal purposes
• Understand that AI responses are informational and should be verified
• Do not attempt to manipulate or “jailbreak” the AI
